Caroline begin her own hormonal wellness journey after years of struggling with hormone-specific issues from skin issues to irregular cycles, fatigue, and PMS. After she started practicing yoga, using adaptogens, and practicing meditation,  Caroline begin noticing that her symptoms were mitigated and eventually resolved. She started studying hormonal issues, learning about the endocrine systems, and received her yoga teacher training and hormonal coaching degree, so she could help other women gain control over their lives.
